  • Yes, please ensure you RSVP using the button on the homepage by 04/01/2026. This includes if you are not able to join us. Once this deadline has passed, unfortunately we will not be able to adjust our guest count, so we will have to assume you wont be attending.

  • Those who are invited will be named on the invitation you have received. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional guests.

  • Unless otherwise specified in your invitation, we ask that you leave the little ones at home. Thank you for understanding!

  • From Chapel Hill or UNC campus:

    1. Head south on US‑15/US‑501.

    2. Continue for about 8 miles.

    3. Look for the entry sign for Fearrington Village on your right.

    From Raleigh:

    1. Get onto I‑40 West heading toward Chapel Hill.

    2. Take Exit 273A (Chapel Hill / NC‑54 West). Then follow NC 54 West for about 3 miles.

    3. Just past an overpass, merge onto the NC 54 West / US 15‑501 South bypass.

    4. Continue on the bypass for approximately 2.2 miles, then take the Chapel Hill – Pittsboro exit.

    5. At the exit, turn left onto US 15‑501 South and drive about 8 more miles.

    6. You’ll see Fearrington Village on your left.

  • Yes! Fearrington Village has a large parking lot with free parking and easy access to the venue grounds.

  • Unfortunately we are not able to provide transportation to or from the wedding venue. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available out of Chapel Hill and Raleigh. We recommend pre-scheduling transportation.

  • Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please arrive no earlier than 5:15 PM and no later than 5:50 PM to be seated. If you arrive after 6:00 PM you will be asked to stand in the back.

  • The Fearrington staff will direct you from the parking lot to the ceremony space.

  • Yes, food will be provided during cocktail hour and reception. No selection needed. Please refer to the Food & Drink page for more details.

  • Yes! There will be an open bar with plenty of beer, wine, and liquor options for everyone.

  • We will be jamming out with a DJ so anything you can think of! Submit song requests during your RSVP. Please note there will be a strict do not play list (you know which ones).

    We do expect that later in the evening (10 PM - 12 AM) the music will become more intense/loud as more people begin to dance.

  • Although we wish it never has to end, our big day will finish at 12 AM. All guests who are not staying at The Fearrington House Inn will be required to leave the property. Please organize your transport in advance.

  • Yes! You can leave your car parked at Fearrington Village until the next day.

  • Absolutely! We ask that everyone who attends join us for the ceremony. If you plan to skip out on the reception please let us know during the RSVP process.
